2.5 million real estate

Do I need to buy the light temple and the dark temple to have 2.5 million real estate? I think I bought everything else. :/

Not necessarily - I haven't bought either on one of my profiles and got over 2.5 mil.

One way to raise the value of your property is to upgrade the furniture and maybe hang a trophy or two on the walls. Go for decorative and luxury items wherever you can and you'll be surprised how quickly the value of your properties shoots up. You don't need to buy absolutely every property in game - just make it more pricey for people to rent and you should achieve at least 2.5 mil in relatively little time.

On my old save (on which I had 2.5M Real Estate) I didn't develop Westcliff.. Everything else was at 0% Rent and make sure you buy Thag's Cabin too.

Just buy everything you come across and dont fast travel. I used that method and I've accumulated about 3.5m real estate.

It is really hard if you dont invest in wescliff, you will need to upgrade all the furnitue... My friend had trouble with that...

You can invest in wraithmarsh. Whenever i go there none of the stores have buy signs on them.
