A couple of minor suggestions...
Far be it from me, as a new member, to go handing out suggestions, but I thought of a couple of little things that could add to the overall forum experience. I'm really talking minor things here.
Firstly, there are squares under our names (I'm sure they relate to posts and rep). A few other forums I have beena member of in the past have had this too, though when one hovers their mouse over the squares, there is a different little quote, relating the members status in the forum. For example... If someone has 1 square, the quote could say "This member is discovering the way of the Hero".
Another thing could be a numeric representation of how many times a member has been thanked, offering new members an insight into which members advice (on average) is more trustworthy.
