Did your 360 make like a grinding sound when it was not reading disks? kinda like an old hard drive booting up? Thats what mine just started doing.
>pop disk in
>normal 360 turning on sounds
>WUUURRNNN *open tray massage*
I know the disk is spinning inside but not for long before it gives me the 'Open tray' massage.

Hm, this is rather late [by 2 years] but good sense in that "What hero are you most like?" topic. I got bored and randomly decided to browse around the Fable I forums. It was annoying to see all the kiddies pick Jack and think that they're really that evil. And in comparison, I think I'd be most like my hero as well, for the same reasons.
