A hero's Tale

Yeah I've beaten it and it said the items have been sent to my gamertag and I never got them. When I go to the chest in the guild it says go to fable2.com

So help me understand what I did wronge

I didn't get them either but online it says to try to log in to your gamertag and go on fable II after you finish the thing and then sing back out and shut it off and do heroes tale again if you wish. So you cant do it 3 times in a row and expect the prizes to be there(this is what someone else said,i haven't tried it yet)

In my house I did heros tale and went on my xbox via wireless
