This is beginning to be quite the annoyance.
As you know, the Black Ops DLC "First Strike" will be coming out for Xbox 360 February 1st and PS3 March 1st. It comes with four new multiplayer maps and one new zombies map.
Now in my opinion, the only thing worth getting there is the zombies map, which means I will have to pay 1200 microsoft points to play one map and another 20 to get LIVE. 40 bucks, just to play one map.... that's a little over the edge. I know the new maps will not even be worth playing. Why? Because every 12 year old and their grandmother now owns Call of Duty and they have raped and degraded the franchise once and for all. It's not fun anymore. The good days of it were playing Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty 4. Then it died. It's now infested with no lives, try hards, children and assholes. Sure, Treyarch seemed cool putting in a destructible bridge on "Discovery", but guess what. Chances are in every single game, there will be some loser sitting in the corner aiming his RPG at it waiting for someone to come by. Zipline in "Kowloon?" Awesome. Too bad there's a crows nest right across from it so someone will sit up there all day and snipe anyone who gets on it. It's such a fail.
They need to lower there prices, if anything so does Microsoft, but now they've bumped up the price for LIVE too.
