Since we're mentionning stuff from all three Fables, here's a few more.

In Fable TLC:

The Kraken. Just the Kraken.
I also jumped whenever I heard the nymphs giggle. Brrr, darn annoying creatures.

In Fable 2:

Winter Lodge, of course.

Entering the sanctuary while in the darkness cave with Walter spooked me out.
Then of course the illusions in Aurora and the darkness in general was always very eerie to me. I don't watch that many horror movies see so... yea.
