Re: Albion, Samarkand, Aurora?

I was thinking of hook coast being where the fighter monks are as well.

Has anybody thought that because Samarkand is a country and aurora is a continent, that Samarkand is part of aurora?

Re: Albion, Samarkand, Aurora?

^ That is a very good point, sir. But are you sure that Aurora is not a country?

Re: Albion, Samarkand, Aurora?

I'm honestly surprised that theory hasn't been brought up before... +rep

omgomgomgomg aurora is middle eastern?thatll make it twice as fun kicking their ass in the war!

Re: Albion, Samarkand, Aurora?

All i can confirm is that Aurora is meant to Moroccan influences and during the story Aurora and Albion is going to have a strong similarity between America and Britain. I'm not sure if the similarity will be when America, is first discovered by the English, but i was more thinking the period during World War I, where America, would have more impact on the world than England. Eventually making it become the first official Superpower.

As for Samarkland, if it were to be a continent, it would have a lot of African influence, however there is no confirmation weather Samarkland is a continent, it could possibly be a large city.

As for Hammer, it is likely that she is in the Northern Wastes.

Finally i think Albion's climate will be similar to a Dickens Winter, this is just from the screenshots i have seen. I certainly hope it has this climate, during Fable II I loved the winter feel in Bowestone during your childhood.

in "a" war. Nobody know's if there is definately going to be a war between the two nations. Also, it's going to be "magical" if you saw the concept art it is just a giant desert with a bunch of stone masks lying around. No machine guns and women in black cloaks. No islam, or anything else like that.

Yeah it looks to be like Dickensian Britain, but not necessarily winter. Im really hoping for dynamic seasons this time around.

Strange, your assuming that because the middle east IRL is made up of mostly third world countries, you think it will be like that in the game. For all you know aurora could be a big warmaking nation with machines designed to rape you.

Re: Albion, Samarkand, Aurora?

Yeah, remember some middle eastern countries are badass. They could pull out some sweet corsair raiding ships.
