Alien: Colonial Marine

Horrible, absolutely horrible.

I love the Alien series, and I really enjoyed "AVP" 360 game.. But this..

I only played about an hour worth, and for most of it, I was forcing myself to play it. Definitely not worth purchasing..

I think "Alien" has alot of potential but they just took a big dump all over it.

So thats my thoughts, anyone else played it yet?

Had high hopes but the game sounds awful, read reviews & pretty much everyone hates it & its being slated across the gaming world. Gearbox have even came out & said they actually didnt have much to do with the development & only developed the multiplayer the rest was outsourced. So they was to remove their name from the bad press swiftly as only the multiplayer had anything positive said about it. Yet another waste of the Alien license & another bargain bin game in the series.

The game is quite horrible. Unfortunately I pre-ordered it. Never again...

Gamers were falsely led along the proverbial garden path as the game looked much better in the previews, Gearbox didnt develop most of the game when we were lead to believe throughout the games development. All in all it sounded like another nightmare of a development cycle, kind of feel a little sorry for Gearbox lately as they never have a smooth development.

After hearing what Steve and a few other had to say about the game, then seeing some reviews i was put off completely. Before the game came out i was... excited as hell to say the least! Now? not so much.

This video will convince anyone who isn't sure... it sure as hell convinced me.

Haven't read any reviews, but if you guys are saying its horrible I'll trust your word for it.

I've heard that it was pretty awful.

Which is a shame, because the 2011 E3 demo was amazing.
