Well you got your asian girl in the first scene. And there's a black guy coming from left @:34. You can almost get half a rainbow.

Actually the asian girl comes twice. As well as the black family on the background. What sorcery!??

Maybe they were speaking their native languages, and it was helpfully translated into English due to the fact it is being broadcasted in England?

There is evidence that backs this up as their lips do not correspond to the words they are saying.
 
Seriously, I wanna go watch Gumby now, too. I mean, it was only in the vaguest resemblance of reruns when I was REALLY young, so I don't actually remember anything about it, but I REALLY want to watch it.
