It seems the "zombie" effect is a result of getting tattoos or getting them removed while playing on the 360. I had a tattoo removed only to see my face look like it was made of rock and my body was covered in leaves.

Another glitch to your character's looks can be to their hair if its the child haircut. It looks like your hair is made out of paper with drawings on it or something and if you try to fix it by getting a new haircut, you might appear bald with just a few strands of hair on your head. This goes away like the glitch above though if you turn off your console and load the game. Remember to save first though.

Sounds like the one i had, except my eyes went green and hair sort of moulded to head. Did have patches missing though and head looked like it was made of wood. Thought i was turning into Pinocchio or something...

hahahaha yea I had this problem too, I know exactly what your talking about, I am not sure why it occurs but it seems that the textures on your character switch with others from the game

Ive been playing the downloaded version on my 360 for awhile: One of the glitchs was my hair turned into vines, which was actually pretty cool. Ive also had your problem too, was there a huge red patch on the back of your head? its seems to have switched to some sort of bush texture, the face gets green and viney and a huge red spot appears on the back of your head ( I assumed its was some sort of rose texture added onto a bush) but yea thats the conclusion I came to

Ive also had dark drakens ones where the eyes are a boogery color and the hair looks like some parts are seethrough so that its looks like your hair has been falling out from some sort of cancerous disease
