An idea for the site!!!

this may sound silly, but then again, it may not.
i had a thought that since this was a 'Fable' forum, instead of Rep points, why not have it as Renown?

Interesting idea, and i guess we could change certain things to reflect this. However unsure if we can change anything on the actual rep button to renown as dont know if thats build into Vbulletin.

Maybe have a bar like they do on the Fable game. For the Evil and Good. (Evil Heading towards banned, Demerit points. Good Rep points.) And the further to the right of the bar is Rep and The further to Left is Bad... (Red evil, White good)

I think there both good ideas.

i like Scarcrows alot tho. Ive seen sites that have health like that kinda thing. Its pretty cool.

I like that, but it could be a little complicated. i know very little about web page building, so i don't know if it would be easy to do something like that.
maybe underneath your status where it say Hero, or guild master for example, you could have good or evil depending on your 'Rep/Renown' or if you've been doing 'Bad Deeds' and getting reported for which you could be 'Fined'

maybe a little health bar as you get demerits and suspensions that life bar lowers and once it hits 0 and you cant see the bar then your banned!
and maybe a level up system and the mana bar represents levels, and with each level you make (lets say 100 posts per level) you get like 5 ren/rep or something... IDK its kinda stupid I guess.

I love this idea so much, I'm going to bump this thread. +rep Dagzey.

Excellent idea, Scarecrow, however it wouldn't really be possible given the limitations of the rep system at the moment. Definitely something to keep in mind for when vBulletin 4.0 is released, though!
