There was once a train station
Filled with long forgotten dreams
Filled with long forgotten souls
There was once an old lady sitting at the train station
With long forgotten memories
Of her past and her dreams
She once wanted to be a pilot
But never had time
And never could pull herself up
There was once a young woman
Who still wanted to be a pilot
She saw the old lady sitting
She felt sorry
She come over to her
Past the ocean of cigarettes
The old lady looked up
And saw the young lady handing her something
It was a ticket
"want to travel with me?" said the young woman
"why, stranger" said the old lady
"Once I met someone who said that if you wait things might come to you"
The two went to Spain and Australia.
They developed a bond
An old forgotten bond of a Mother and her Child
Filled with long forgotten dreams
Filled with long forgotten souls
There was once an old lady sitting at the train station
With long forgotten memories
Of her past and her dreams
She once wanted to be a pilot
But never had time
And never could pull herself up
There was once a young woman
