Umm... it is obviously a commercial. Why would you take it we didn't know that? Trailer, commercial--wording doesn't really make a difference.

I'm sure it's not a cut scene, since it's a promo for the GameStop pre-order exclusive sword there. The voices might be by the real voice actors, I have no idea who they are really, or they're added for the promo. It's not a cut scene anyway. (For one, depending on what sex you are playing as, only one of the two characters, Elliot and Elise, in the video will be available in the game.)

Yeah, this commercial is pretty cool. I've seen it on TV a few times and it's always replaying in the Gamespot stores, they're probably sick of it to death.
