Anyone else had this happen?

Ok, maybe I am going totally insane, but lately I've been running around all the different areas picking fights to increase my experience points and something weird is happening (in a good way).

Chests that I have already opened and graves I have already dug up have now been restocked with different items - or else some of the chests are closed and then when I open them again they are empty (Bargate Prison is a prime example of this).

Anyone else had this? I'm not complaining but it's really weird...

Opening a chest on during a quest and teleporting out to reset the quest. I like to do this on the Escort Trader Quest. You get a Ruby a key and Lighting Augmentation.

But never any other time

I had the empty chest in Bargate Prison.

If you hero save and redo a quest then any chests, graves etc will automatically be restocked as you put it. I have been able to re-dig and fish up items but never had it when chests want to be reopened...I would make the most of it if I were you..

I've never hero saved in my life so this really is working out nicely for me - it's only on my evil profile that this happens and not my good one. I am making an absolute fortune selling what I find - I even got that key

in Darkwood Marsh or wherever where you have to shoot it out of the stone

twice...of all the glitches I have had, this has been my favourite and most profitable one...

You don't even have to hero save just teleporting should be enough to reset the quest

Ahh...did not know that. But then I am the biggest Fable Loser that has ever lived - I still haven't completed the game :lol:

But seriously, my five year old has more Fable game-playing ability than me. It's sad but true and totally pathetic...but on the plus side I am really getting my money's worth out of Fable: The Lost Chapters and will probably do the same with Fable 2...
