Anyone find any Scythe references?

Being the only character from Fable 1/TLC, other than Theresa, confirmed canonically living it is odd I have gone the entire game with out even hearing a mention of him. I was just wondering if anybody discovered a reference to him? no matter how small.

The description for Scythe's Warhammer is something like - "it is said one day Scythe will return to Albion. Just a heads up, he might want his hammer back."

No, it was confirmed that he wouldn't be in the gae by the devs months before the game's release.
