Keyboards rarely go wrong unless under actual physical damage.
That particular model has basically everything you'd need to plug in and play, including a pitch bender if you're up for some odd piano riff making.
There is 400 voices on that model, so you'll never run out of sounds. But the only problem with Casio is they're infamous for mediocre keyboard voices. But at that price, it's a bloody great steal.
It has a MIDI input so you can plug it into your computer and use it for, lets say, GarageBand and use the voices on GarageBand (Which is a better idea).
They have weighted keys, hence a good thing. You can also plug in an iPod or MP3 player and play a song through the speakers on the Keyboard so you can have a go at playing along, which is good.
I'd say for the price, go for it. It's a quality keyboard.
