Anyone Modding?

I am seeing threads on reddit with youtube links. People are using a program to run xbox 360 games on PC, and have been able to mod the game.

^^ People are now able to access the weapons specific to NPCs. Like the dragonstomper.48 , reaver's cutlass, or Hammer's Hammer.

Looks really cool.

Hopefully someone makes a complete and guaranteed mod that fixes the majority of problems in the games! I'm talking full blown remaster level of modding.
