arena quest

ya..... umm i have no idea how the heck to do this quest what am i suposed to do who do i talk to, to get the quest? plz answer sry if this question was already asked im new here

Re: arena quest

I believe you get the quest from the Guild. It requires you to go to the Arena by Witchwood.

Re: arena quest

first go do the white balverine quest in witchwood then you will get a recommendation and then you can fight in the arena. I recommend you stock up on potions since you arent experianced in the arena.

Re: arena quest

Yeah, you have to save Knothole Glade from the White Balverine. Have you been to Witchwood? I can't remember, but I think it starts as soon as you go to Knothole Glade.

Knothole Glade is in Witchwood, which is the island over the road from mainland Albion.

Re: arena quest

when you are in the arena area you just speak to the guard left of the door and he will let you in, in there you will have a bit of time for shopping, note that if you want all the armor in the game it might be an idea to buy bright plate armor since I believe the guy in there is the only statonary vendor who sells bright plate. But after a few minutes waiting there will be a cut scene informing you that a guy named chameleon is dead and your up, then you up and talk to one of the guards and the arena fight will begin.

In there arena you will encounter (can't remember exactly);

round 1 wasps
round 2 hobbes
round 3 bandits including the tough black ones
round 4 the undead
round 5 two earth trolls
round 6 two rock trolls
round 7 the scorpion queen

Re: arena quest

First time I played on arena I had some difficulty, I can't remember very well, but I had a fast-warrior (physique and skill), I spent some resurrects there hehehe.

Second time I made warrior + physical shield and berserk = Easy Arena, no resurrects spent.

Now I'm playing with one full wizard, and I have to say, Physical Shield + Multi Arrow + Enflame = Veeeeeeery easy Arena, really, wizard is the best to beat arena fast and get all xp (whisper killed nothing lolz)

I only spent resurrection on my first time game, now these potions are useless...

It's cool to have a warrior type because he can kill fast any enemy and he look like much strong and tall. Wizard type doesn't look strong, thin and powerful can kill lots of enemies very fast, cool to play with it, I think the only problem wizards have is when fighting against Dragon Jack =P (warrior with multi damage can kill that dragon like killing wasps ¬¬)

ah thanks :) when you say full wizard are you full full, or just full with a few points in health and such? I made a full full mage and that was.....tough

Re: arena quest

Good Luck.;)

Re: arena quest

Yeah with these suggestions you shouldn't be able to fail :)

Re: arena quest

arena round 1 tip-do not aim just swing your sword
arena round 2 tip-kill the mages then the grey or black hobbes then the big red ones
arena round 3 tip-just aim and prey for this is the most difficult round of the arena
arena round 4 tip-well its the same with the hobbes really except the mages are archers
arena round 5 tip-nothing to worry about her the undead are slow dont hit much but have quite a bit of health and block a lot
arena round 6 tip-hide behind one and slash away then run to the other one
arena round 7 tip-same as above
arena round 8 ti p-dodge until the scorpion starts glowing green then run to attack when you cant hear the funny noise any more run

WARNING SPOILER!

arena round 9 tip-just kill her she just jumps and throws bombs and thries to stab you shes very weak and shouldn't be much bother.kill her or don't depending on your alighnment "funny comment"=if you stand there she will call you HERO!

Re: arena quest

hmm k im having a little trouble how do i get to witchwood...exact way would be good, what road do i take, do i go by boat?

Re: arena quest

Have you done the main quest called:

Find the Bandit Seeress

If you have then you should Teleport to Oakvale. You'll notice there is a green dot in front of the pub on your map. It's Maze. Speak to him and you will get a new main quest called "Find the Archaeologist". This will allow you to Teleport to Witchwood Gate Cullis. You will be able to travel too Witchwood Lake. This is also where the entrance of the Arena is located (you will only be able to enter if you obtained The Arena quest (after doing The White Balverine quest [obtained in the Guild] after you did the Find the Archaeologist quest, you should Teleport back to the Guild. You can now pick up The Arena quest. I think most of the information was useless up until now since you seem to already have The Arena quest.

This is how to get there:

- Teleport to Knothole Glade
- Exit towards Witchwood Lake
- Cross the bridge to The Arena area (a huge door should be there) [see pictures]

Re: arena quest

k in the seeres quest i need bright plate armour the only way to get it is in the arena what should i do if i cant get in the arena?

Re: arena quest

You dont need bright plate armour for the seerees quest... demon door is it? I dont know, what I do know is that other than mods and such, yeah i beleive the arenas the only way to get bright plate... Maybe im wrong but im pretty, sure. Good Luck.

Re: arena quest

Xeon, my wizard have some skill (speed, guile and accuracy), on physique he has only points on health, and for magics he has assassin rush, slow time, multi arrow, enflame, divine fury (have more just to have that blue tattoos =P)

now it's beginning to get tough, I discovered that maxed Enflame does 500 damage, but if you have more spells its damage can go up to 800, this is good, but I'm killing more with Master Bow + Multi Arrow than I used to kill with Enflame/Divine...

Re: arena quest

You can buy Bright Plate gloves and shirt from a wandering trader. You can buy the pants and boots in Knothole Glade.
For alot more gold, you can get it all at the shop in the Arena Cells.

As for the Bandit Outfit, there are 5 chests along the Abandoned Road. The last one, with gloves in it, is a bit harder to find. It is between two stone fence sections, on the right, just after you pass between the two palisades with a chest near them on the left. It is in a straight section where there are 3 or 4 archers.
