30 Key Chest - The Avenger

All Silver Keys Demon Door - The Bereaver

As you can only get 30 Keys both need you to have them all except that the door takes them after you open it and the chest in Lost Bay doesnt.

... are you sure that the demon door with the Bereaver really needs you to have all 30 keys?
I thought it just takes all the keys you have so far...
I have never managed to find all 30 keys in one game because I lack the patience... but I know I've got the Bereaver before...
... am I crazy... ?

From what i read yeah, i dont have TLC so... but read this.

This one is tricky, as the door wants you to give it ALL of your silver keys. You won’t be getting them back. It’s better to wander around and get all of the Silver Chests first including the 30 Key one, then you can handle the keys with no hesitation. The weapon that awaits you inside, The Bereaver, isn’t nothing special, though (especially if you have Solus Greatsword, and shame on you if you don’t).

Seems you dont need 30 but as you lose them when door is opened everyone recommends that you have 30 and have opened all other chests first before opening the Demon Door. Hex is right however and you dont need all 30 though to open the Demon Door.
