Velez you shouldn't be wasting your time with video games, i've got some friends at school who my teacher thinks are going to be artists when they get older and their artwork is balderdash compared to those...I wish i could draw like that but i have what we in the business call "epic-fail-hands"

Well I'm not exactly wasting my time with video games, I play in my free time. There are other things that keep me from pursuing a career in artistry, maybe I'll work on them in the future. Right now I'm sticking with my photography thing. But thanks though.

Actually entertainment designers don't get an advanced copy of the game. Most of us who work on video games are freelancers. We're on a project for, perhaps, several months in the design phase and once they're modeled and put into the game we're cut loose. The in house (if any) designers are there to refine for the rest of production process if any design hitches come up.

This is a self portrait in my more or less modified style. Note- it is not meant to be totally representational. I believe one can sacrifice realism to achieve effect moreover. Just my opinion as an artist though.

Hey, like I said- it doesn't have to be exactly right all the time to be a good portrait or work of art in general. I mean, just look at Picasso!! Need I say more?
