You don't make them. You either find them in skips/Christmas crackers/shoe boxes or you buy them off Ebay...

Another alternative is to catch me when I'm totally high on prescription painkillers and I'll probably make you staff, leader of the arcade, give you five million rep and throw in a cuddly toy and a set of steak knives before Andy and Steve can get back from work to restrain me and tape my fingers together to stop me from typing anymore...
