Yeah i liked it more than my Playstation at the time and used to neglect my Playstation for games like Simant, Settlers, North and South, and Cannon Fodder (to name a few) then my dad sold it and said i never used it :O I used it EVERY day!

Not heard of that one :lol:

It was a spin off from one of those tv programmes that they show in schools - like Through The Dragon's Eye and crap like that - it came with worksheets and every so often a teacher would stop the tape and we'd have to read the words off the bottom of the screen or point out something...you must surely have had to sit through at least one episode of The Magic Pencil? That pencil that had a light at the end of it and wrote on a black screen..."up, down, around and up" kinda stuff...

My dad was always saying, "You never play with that so we're getting rid of it" Didn't go down too well when my sister retorted, "Dad, you're blind - what would you know?" I've never seen a blind man move so fast and so accurately....:lol:

That show freaked me out...with the weird crow man thing dressed in black and shooting fire balls at those critters called Widgets...*shudder*

(for those of you who think I am insane, this is the kind of crap Look and Read churned out in the late 80's...Through the Dragon's Eye

Weird...I was calling that land Panama for years...just read now it was Pelemar...

I used to love that show when i was very young, used to watch it in school all the time.

Still remember the theme song...I'm such a sad case...Charn did really freak the hell out of me though...but then as a kid I was easily scared :lol:

I only remember watching that and Geordie Racer...oh, and Badger Girl and something or other to do with Peregrine Falcons and kids (as usual) saving the entire species by using pencils or something equally unrealistic...

Quite sure I wouldn't know how to "merry" you...sounds rather unhygienic to me...O.o:lol:

Grains of sand on a beach....don't know, don't care. So long as it's the kind of sand you can build sandcastles with, I'm a happy camper...:D
