Looks like it is set in the renaisance this time and Da Vinchi might play apart, since a planned invention and the wheel man thing is there. Or did Da Vinchi create an updated eapon

I cant wait for this game. assassin's creed was epic and the story was awesome. hopefully this time the gameplay will be less repetitive. the swordplay was sweet though I think, very smooth.

Can see some findings from the teaser site by our Assassins Creed forum regular Outlaw-Bha here and what i found by scanning the symbol with my webcam:

Assassin's Creed Teaser Site Launched

Im sure more symbols will appear on the site to scan for more secret unlocks soon. Can also expect some info in Game Informer on 4/16/09 (as the backwards text on the site reads).

Yes I heard there is some web cam thing where you put up a sheet of paper to the webcam and on the site a hand appears

Interesting when i have time i will try that but does it come up with a hand still.. Also for some reason the hand doesnt have a chopped finger... Possibly a new code

Its a new character and im guessing that as its based in the 1400's that they modified the ritual. As the assassins would have been infamous by then and would be to easy to spot with a missing finger. Different symbols on the page unlock different hidden pictures on different sections.

But in the present didn't Lucy have a missing finger? And how the hell could they leave you hanging like that? There is so much more to tell off of the story of Altair! Damnit.

Really good article revealing the main character Ezio and he won't have a sword all the time.. Ezio is battling Merchant Families, Corrupt religious figures etc... And also Ezio will be using some of Leonardo Da Vinci's toys including the flying machine

if you read this months game informer you also learned
Ezio will be more focused on hand to hand combat employing moves such as throwing dirt into the eyes of his foes and other dirty tricks.

the game will allow you to disarm opponents and take whatever weapon they wield, that can be anything from a short-sword to a warhammer.
All of these weapons have regular attacks as well as unique special attacks

Ezio can swim

it will be staged in rennaissance era Italy

and lastly, the graphics will not by any means be disappointing
