Am i the only one who could slightly see some FPS drops? In some places it looked like it was at 20~. Other than that the game looks amazing!

Was very early footage and was a new engine that they were rendering more AI enemies on screen than ever so id imagine there were some framerate drops. I didnt really notice any to be honest but id be more surprised if there werent any. It makes the other Assassins Creed combat seem very stiff and im actually excited for the games release.

Same it looks like the game that will actually get me back into the franchise after 2. I like the way they have handeled everything. I can expect the Consoles to be capped at around 30 with some drops, but console players generally wont notice it (No offence) because they are used to 30fps.

None taken, the scaling is often smooth enough to stop us noticing. I think this will finally feel like a sequel rather than a little update like each game after Assassins Creed 2 has been. I just love how the combat looks and flows together and how smooth everything links together. Id wanted this sort of chain combat since Assassins Creed 2 and for the character to stop feeling so rigid.

Yeah the gameplay from 2>Brotherhood>revelations didn't seem any different so i didn't bother with any after 2. This one however looks like a drastic change for the better. As you say the combat seems a lot more fluid and ontop of that it actually feels.. "Living" from what i've seen. All of the NPCS talk and react in better ways to there surroundings and in addition to that the new climbing mechanics look amazing! Hopefully there is no problems when it comes to tree jumping, i could see a lot of potential bugs and issues with that. If i'm honest though, it looks like they have it nailed.

Oh and Sea combat looks awesome.

Yeah though I did purchase the others they felt more like expansions (though I guess technically they were merely spin offs). Nice to see they used this time to fully flesh out a sequel and try some drastic new things. So many times ive seen gameplay and thought 'Wow, I didnt think they would manage to pull that off but it looks amazing'. Just hope the story and the character sits as well as the gameplay is looking.

Indeed, until this comes around i will have torchlight 2 and Borderlands 2 to keep me occupied. Then this will get my full attention.

As for the expansion pack comment, that is precisely the reason i didn't feel any desire to buy them. They looked... copy pastas with a new storyline. Nothing worth paying AAA price for.

Will watch the last one when I get home, thanks for posting.
