Augment description

Storm Scar Augment:
"You will cause electrical damage to your enemies, but the energies will leave you scarred."

Does that mean you're more prone to scarring if you are knocked out or that the use of the sword will scar you regardless?

You are more prone to scarring when knocked out.

Try positively charged or shockingly smooth, both are much better electricity augments.

There are loads of pointless augments like that, you can find better ones for the same price, its just weird.

This augment will likely leave you scars more often than a normal weapon or the hero in normal conditions. With this you should expect to have a scar whenever an enemy hits you and your energy is towards to low.

However, thanks to Knothole island, you can remove your scars through a cheap potion. However as the other poster, xMrMuffin, said you can find better augments (which have the same or better effect) for a bit of more gold.

You can find augments, often in Bowerstone. I'd suggest to keep a good relation with the trader, so when there's a sale going on, you can buy the augments you want in a really low price.

there is the sexy scars augmentation that makes scars make your character prettier rather than making them uglier.

Actually, that augment is just a dual effect augment (much like the others in Knothole Island). It has the 'Beauty' and 'Scarring' effects. So it will make you prettier but you will still scar more often.
