So I have some augments, but when I click on them, I can't attach them to anything.

click a weapon and then it should say attach weapons, i think thats it. I forgot, also becarefull what augment you choose, dud ones can have negative effect with positive effects

I think he means the weapon does not have a augment slot, I'm still not 100% on how to do augments since i just ran through the first few times and got legendary weapons asap without paying too much attention to the weapons i was using

You have to make sure that the weapon that you want to augment has an open slot for augments. Augmentable weapons can be found later in the game from traders and blacksmiths. Some weapons with augments are better than legendary ones, but I still like to look of the legends.

The weapons you buy have to have augment slots on them. If you go to a trader and see two green circles by the name of the item, it has two augment slots or one. Generally that is why the price of a simple item is surpassed one of a higher quality damage.

When you are looking at the item, if you hit right on the right joystick, it will tell you.
But I think the gold one you are thinking of increases your damage and decreases damage taken, I could be wrong.

Well, there are two gold augments that I've found. One is a low grade one that give you gold when you kill an enemy, but makes you take more damage and you deal less damage. (Gold Burden Augment)
The other one is a superior version that gives you gold when you kill, but dosn't have the negative side effect. (Golden Touch Augment)
