Auroran Flowers and Locked Doors (Possible Spoilers)

I've Scoured the City in Aurora, I Scanned over every inch of the Swirling Sands, I've been to the Desert Temple and the Hidden Tomb, and even visited the Prophetic Hermit. there are still atleast another 2 locked doors I haven't been through, but already used the Gold key on the forementioned tomb. I'm still 3 flowers short for the achievement, and for the quest to make the Temple Treasures (Sacred Dyes). Is anyone able to tell me what I've missed?

Yeah, I have a feeling many people would have missed that, I was in and out several times before I had the idea to light the braziers and saw the flitswitch above the door. There are two flowers in there, right?

Yes a Green and Red one.
