Ayeeyah! Morrowind modding!

I just recently poked my toe into modding again, but i'm having a few problems. Int he CS, how do you...
1. Give an NPC spells? I drag them over from the spellmaking list but they don't show up. Also, when i delete their original spells, they're back as soon as i open the edit npc window again.

2. Dialogue. How do I make a new topic? It disappears as soon as I finish typing.

Cheers in advance, if anyone wants this new mod i'm making let me know, it's a massive temple to Molag Bal near Uvirith's Grave, complete with the Daedric cult as a new faction (having trouble making that though lol so it might not be joinable)

There are a fair few threads in the modding section which have been unanswered for months at a time - if you are patient then you will get your answers.

Try looking up some tutorials? That's what I did when I needed help.

Yeah, a lot of the tutorials are for complicated stuff though, they don't cover the basics... I literally just need to know buttons lol

I've figured out the dialogue thing now, and I say SCREW SPELLS. I'm having much more fun scripting some lovely prostitutes and quests

Fable modding is cool an all, but Elder Scrolls modding always winds up being EPIC. At least from what I've seen. Wish I had a frakking PC...

The Elder Scrolls Construction set is the perfect modding program. I mean, people have made whole new games with it. There's a section on Planet Elder scrolls for those.
I can't get these damn prostitutes ot get down to it though, either I bully my boyfriend into making me a sex animation or i do it all with dialogue. I was trying to use the sex scene from a mod but it's scripted in a really gay way.
