Despite releasing the launch trailer earlier on for today's supposed release of the Bad Company 2 Onslaught DLC, news has trickled in that the DLC for Xbox 360 owners has been delayed. Rich updated the post earlier, but to make sure you noticed it, consider this your updated update.
An EA rep told Joystiq recently that the 360 version of the Onslaught DLC would be suffering a delay, although the PS3 version is still scheduled for today.
No reason was cited for the delay, or even a new release date for that matter, but we assume that it's likely to fall under the "last minute hitch" variety.
When we hear about the new release date, we'll let you know. For now, boot up Red Dead and play some of that co-op DLC. It is free after all.
