Re: Bad Skin in Fable 2
Ahh, I was doing this just the other day. Donations to the Temple of Light ought to rid you of the wrinkles, but you'll still have the darkness on the cheeks and the red eyes. I've tried the Scar vanishing potions, beauty treatment, and all that other fun stuff from Knothole. I can confirm that none of it works. From the looks of it the only way to totally rid yourself of the adverse affects of that good choice is to complete the main storyline (which is fantastic, and should be done anyhow).
That was the only thing that fixed it for me, so here's to having you not spend tons of gold expecting the Temple of Light to heal ya. If that doesn't do it there might be an issue with the game. If I recall though the red eyes and dark coloration of the cheeks went away at the start of "A Perfect World". It's hard to tell though because I don't think the "child you" reflects your current character. Either way once I got back to the Spire the nastiness subsided.
Oh, and on a last note the white hair is just a dye. Go into the "Items" tab and select "Dyes", and just pick any old dye and use it. Then go down the list to hair and remove the dye. It'll put your hair color back to normal. I've also heard that the premature aging doesn't actually affect your attractiveness, so aside from aesthetics correcting the effects doesn't do much. I can't confirm that though because I've also heard mentioned that a Bewitching augment in a weapon counteracts any of it, and I had been using the Daichi at the time. It's possible I didn't notice any affects as a result of that.
Sorry that it's long-winded, but I hope that's helped you out a little. I tried to cover it all and it's pretty fresh in my brain. If there's anything else you need that I didn't cover you can shoot me a message sometime and I'll see if I know the answer.
