hmm i noticed you dont get the bandit boots in the knothole dlc
but if you befriend a bandit in the "bad" bowerstone old town, and give him presents and money, and lower the economy of every area to 2-1 stars, he will eventually give you the boots and gloves as a gift...its veyr hard though, i tried, it takes alot of work, i got bored though xD
