i've never encountered these in any of my saves, so im gonna try my luck here.

chance of being gifted, if the NPC is not your spouse.

lol good luck getting that on your own, I was just lucky. I feel like I should give them too you but they're soooo rare!

If you have the DLC knothole island you find the gloves in the ice shrine.

I can maybe trade one of my chars gloves. (if tradable as i got it in Knothole Island)
