Yeah maybe so but if it wasnt stolen and was handed out and these 2 people had criminal charges against them. Then both said it was handed to them, the way the press are with developers and games companies they would jump all over that. Then there would be an investigation into the guy who could have handed it to them and calls for false claims etc.

Microsoft just banned them right. Well I would just make myself a new account I've been banned from game before I jsut make a new account with the several e-mail addresses made.

Hell being banned is a small price for playing a game before release.

Yeah but im assuming this ban will extend to their consoles too, not only the gamertags. As Gikoku said in previous comment, it isnt hard for them to access our serial numbers and ban them. They did it with the modded Xbox's so would have no problem doing it again.

However, as it seems they have been handling stolen Microsoft... things... It might bet a bit more serious in the end.

Yeah if that ends up to be true then more news could come soon.

It runs out if you dont renew it... Plus it was their choice to break the terms of service.

credit card or no, the ban doesn't prevent them from using the Telephone and calling up Microsoft to cancel their automatic resubscription the next time it's due, nor does it prevent them from canceling it with their bank/credit card company :wacko:
