I got 100% good on my first play through, yay! It was a good feeling, saving the kingdom and keeping all my promises. Kind of a shame that the days go by so fast though. Lucky I had already had nearly every building bought in the entire of Albion and Aurora, so I was pretty safe regardless. I kind of liked the idea that it was harder to be good, made me all that more determined.
