Indeed. In one episode of Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution (the one in US), he actually visits a funeral service. And there he sees these extra large coffins that not only cost quite a lot, but also take up two burial spaces in cemeteries. And I think he asked the guys working there if cremation is an option, but they said it's not, since the large percentage of body fat turns the body into a giant candle - that basically leads to what the article is talking about.
