i know that a lot of choices are not a good or evil one, sometimes its just a choice that is neutral either way, but may still effect later decisions

Unless I am mistaken the first big decision is to choose whether to sign a petition protecting the poor and promising rights or not.

I'd like a "big choice" every 10 minutes. Theres only really one major choice in Fable II, and I thought that was an awesome, but powerful moment in the narrative.

A "big choice" every 10 minutes would ruin the premise of Fable. The whole point is to gradually and slowly become more powerful and moral/immoral, not that you do two things and suddenly you have giant demon wings

Who's to say the "big choice" would have to be THAT big, or have anything to do with power. Just things that affect the progression of the narrative, like take this quest, or that quest, or chose to be in one of two places.
