where is it? i bought it on xbl with some scrap M$points but its not in my sanctuary... help?

You have to wait for it to become available in the game, for example, I think you need to buy all the other dye packs with guild seals before it will appear in your gift queue, or something like that

It will be in your gift queue in the Sanctuary at a certain point, just keep an eye out for any new gifts that show up

Like other says. But i thik you'll get it as gift at the start of game, whem you fully open sanctuary(it is after quest for Dwellers, I think
- because i remember black dye etc. were my first colours i got(on new hero)
