If you open it at 50 you will waste it, you'll have much better loot soon.

40 is around the right time as you'll be quite the way through playthrough 2 and as i found out, you'll need some upleveled items to complete some quests as you'll be dying a lot.

So yeah, use it around 38-44 but not before you start playthrough 2.

I accidentally wasted my key on that chest as soon as I reached Sanctuary. I was just going on a loot binge and saw this here fancy-looking chest without realizing it's importance...

:'(

Anyone have a screenshot of the chest? As this is a mistake ive been worried about repeating myself.

Level 50 and killed the endgame boss. Screenshots included, click the thumbnail for minor endgame loot spoilers (it's only a classmod name) The skin is also an orange skin that i won't reveal how to unlock.

Heres my dude, Level 36 I think? I just finished the Main boss at level 34 I think, now starting again BUT Spoilerhighlight) Playing with same character but with the true valt hunter mode you get at the end.......

Oh and Handsome Jack is now my new and probably will be for a long time, my favorite Villain in a Vidja Gaem.. he's so funny and classic..

Same. At one point, I got tired of running in and dying, so I just got a nice rifle and shot from afar. Didn't help much when you got near the end, though.... Shotguns FTW.

Yeah, as i said before the game came out! it's all i will play for a long time. I love Borderlands way to much.
