So here is a snippet from IGN : Your bow or gun gives you will experience and using magic to kill enemies earns you will bonuses.
So aside from the crossbows in the screenies we can be assured we will have bowage in fable 2.

So tell me where in that quote does it say for sure there will be long bows? It says bows, which could just be referring to crossbows.

really sorry to tell you, but there will not be longbows . not that i care, its all magic and swords for me! and mabey a little bit of guns. screw crossbows they are too slow. if i wanna use a bow i will go get mine out of the closet.
