The Sepulchre is the Brightwood Demon Door. It is opened by bringing it cheese then by getting mullet and/or dreadlocks, a handlebar moustache, and the mutton chops. You will then go there again and he will tell you you need to get a corset, yokel hat and a tart skirt.
The Demon Door is very relunctant to let the Hero inside, trying to get rid of them in any way possible, and when he finally consents, he tells the player to get some cheese, still believing that there is a cheese famine going around, and getting the Hero to look as ridiculous as possible, hoping that the Hero would have too much pride to do so.
When the Door finally opens, he laments that he once held much greater treasures, hinting he may have somehow been looted previously.
Inside is a Merchant's Cap, Tied Shirt and Jester Pants. The Sepulchre is basically a silent graveyard with a few birds flying around. The treasure chest is in the tomb in the center.
