buying castle fairfax?

when can you do it? I just got finished with wraithmarsh and wanted to buy it but there is no little paper sign thing by the door to buy it.

Only when you have finished the main story can you buy Fairfax Castle and it cost 1 million.

You also can't sell the house, or rent it.

It is huge.

A quest comes with it, but I won't spoil anything. A nice house, just way to big... and is quite lonely seeing as their are no other buildings around.

Not to mention, a balcony which overlooks a grand view of Bowerstone. Pretty cool. And some... memories from the start of the game.

Also has a demon door which is unlocked by opening all other demon doors. Luciens diary is also a good bit of reading if your into the story, its found in his study, where you sister was killed ( OMGZ! :O)
