Why don't you get it for free at www.fable2.com ? You don't need xbox live gold.

Tell the guard where the boy is
Choose Justice
Choose the poor woman all the way to the right
Spare the guy
Choose Middle crown

Exactly how to get it.

I did that, says I have it, I checked the chest at the guild, and all the clothing shops, not in there, when I try to redo it, says I already have it.
