when i logged in yesterday to play fable online it asked me if i wanted to download the upgrade to the game....

Hmm re-downloaded all of the dlc and checked all three profiles, both my son and fiancée have the preorder weapons and tattoos, and the LCE hunters lodge and everything that comes with it, but neither got the highlander gear that came with the game or any of the other dlc I have downloaded, save for understone.

that is about the same thing i have going... My son didnt get the clothes but he got all of the DLC content
