Can Oakfield Ever Change Back to the Beautiful Place it once was...?

I made the poor and unwise decision of choosing the Oakfield Massacre quest and destroying the rich and lucious land that once was. When I came back to it from the Spire mission I noticed all of it looked very dreary and dilapidated.

Is there any way that I can EVER return Oakfield to its previous state that it used to be before I went off on the Spire mission. In other words can it ever look beautiful again by doing some sort of quest or something...?

PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS!!!

SICKO! lol. But seriously, does anyone know how to change the outcome of it, so it can look beautiful again. At the moment, I really don't like the ruined and rusty Oakfield.
