umm i need it for the balverine hero mod but to install that i need to do the cutscene

I can not help with that, but now if someone who knows about it comes online, they may be able to help now that it is clear what you are trying to do.
You might read this thread carefully to see if it helps, read and search the site before you ask questions, it is a site rule there I think.
