Can't buy cemetery mansion in fable 2?

I already did the love hurts quest. I left the mansion after lady grey was revived so she would get with the gravekeeper. I recently returned to the graveyard and lady grey was wandering around and the mansion was not up for sale? What have I done wrong and what do I have to do?

Did some looking around. Some guy had the same problem and was able to buy the mansion once he bought Fairfax Castle. I don't remember this being necessary, but it's worth a shot.
