Can't get Oblivion to work

I've installed it and updated it to the latest one. When I run it it starts and shows the first Bethesda logo, but then crashes on the loading screen. Any help appreciated.

No errors, dumped back to desktop or just locks up?

Comes up with one of those "Would you like to send us an error report?" things.

You updated all drivers?

Not sure. Could be it since I just reinstalled Windows...

Wait Windows Update generally handles drivers right?
