OK well when u buy castle farefax u have to sleep in the royal bed and when u do u get attack by bandits and then u find a secret passage in the library and u just have to go though it and etc and then u find it and if u drink it u become a girl or guy and the only problem is that it evaporates if u leave without drinking it

There's no point in saving first, it autosaves straight after. However, with the help of glitching, one can get the potion outside of the dungeon, and then dupe it several times. And yes, if you're a 5 star physique man, you will be a very butch woman. ENJOY!
