Cbox Issue

I'm having a problem with chocolate box, I'm not sure if its a issue or a feature that i'm accidently using and don't even realize it. Basically say I'll be deleting stuff in a region maybe fences or something, and all of a sudden after deleting a few objects i can't select them, i click on any object and it doesn't select. So i close the region editor and save the region, then i go back in and its fine. It eventually happens over again, every time I use cbox. Its making region editing so difficult for me and i was wondering if any one knows what this is.
