Cuss words don't affect us in anyway, most 10 year olds don't sign up on a forum anyway so I think everyone here is mature enough to handle it.

They affect me - I do not like signing on to see some retard with the tiniest grasp of civility and vocabulary effing and blinding all over the place. It's ugly, it's stupid and shows a lack of intellect - especially when used in the written word which requires an element of thought before putting down. I can understand someone getting exasperated in a conversation off the net and swearing, but when it's in writing that just shows borderline retardation to me.

There are always words which can be used to articulate your meaning without resorting to bad language - might not have the same oomph as telling someone to go **** their mom or whatever, but no one is impressed by swearing. Unless they are about 6 years old - in which case just saying the word poo is enough to get them goggle eyed and giggling...
